Lactic Acid Casein

Lactic Acid Casein is produced from pasteurised skim milk by controlled acidification with lactic acid producing bacteria. Fonterra manufactures a range of Lactic Acid Caseins. Lactic Casein from Fonterra is a granular milk protein suitable for incorporation into a wide range of foods.
